The hotel had a central location very close to everything. Plus, it was near the main streets and wonderful restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and well-appointed where the bathroom was down the hall and we truly enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The venue is unique, reasonably clean and the location is comfortable right by restaurants in the old historic town, the main street and the surrounding mountains, hills and lake. The staff is attentive and caring as well as hotel's host.

The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They provided a pack and play and even a bag of toys for our little one, which was a lifesaver. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The large patio was a great bonus and we enjoyed spending time there, taking in the beautiful surroundings.
The walls were quite thin, so sound traveled easily. We had some friends over and were just having a conversation, but other guests were quick to complain about the noise.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel's location in Nelson was perfect, within walking distance of everything I wanted to do.
